Before your Visit
Continue all medications, supplements and dietary practices recommended by your physician unless otherwise directed. Usually there are no restrictions after the procedure concerning driving or returning to work.
After your Visit
Your tooth and surrounding gum tissue may be slightly tender for the next few days. These symptoms are usually temporary and resolve as the tooth heals. You may want to take a pain reliever for 2-3 days following treatment as needed. Do not chew on the treated tooth until your tooth is restored with a protective filling or covering provided by your general dentist. You may continue your regular dental hygiene practices without any interruption.
